If LBM Anime Snack lowers the regular selling price of an eligible product within 30 calendar days of your purchase, you may request a refund of the price difference.

For example, if you purchase a snack box for $32.99 and we lower its regular price to $29.99 within 30 days, you may qualify for a $3.00 refund.

2. What Is Covered?

Our Price Protection Guarantee applies to:

• Eligible snacks and drinks purchased directly through the LBM Anime Snack online store.

• Eligible anime snack boxes with identical contents and configurations.

• Products purchased at their regular selling price.

• Qualifying price reductions made by LBM Anime Snack within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

3. What Is Not Covered?

To keep our policy fair and consistent, the following are excluded:

• Shipping, delivery, customs charges, and taxes.

• Clearance, closeout, and liquidation items.

• Limited-time sales, flash sales, coupon codes, and promotional discounts.

• Customized snack boxes or boxes with different contents.

• Products purchased from third-party retailers or sellers.

• Products that are discontinued or no longer available for purchase.

The guarantee applies to the same product, size, flavor, quantity, and snack box configuration.

4. Confirmed Order Price Protection

Once your order is confirmed, the product prices agreed upon at checkout will be honored for that order.

If supplier prices, shipping expenses, or import costs increase after your order is confirmed, those increases will not change the agreed product price for your existing order.

Prices for future purchases may change as business costs and product availability change.

5. How to Request a Price Protection Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

5. If approved, we will refund the eligible price difference to your original payment method where supported.

Approved refunds cover the difference between the original product price and LBM Anime Snack's lower regular selling price, multiplied by the eligible quantity purchased.

Shipping charges and other excluded amounts are not included in the calculation.

All requests are subject to verification and the terms of this policy. The guarantee does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
